Lawyer since 2017, working in the area of intellectual property with a focus on copyright, entertainment, legal advisory and consultancy service, contracts, and litigation for more than 8 years. She has long previous experience in a renowned law firm specialized in Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law, with emphasis on Copyright and Contracts for the audiovisual market, dealing with hard litigations cases of national repercussion. In addition, she worked in a renowned broadcasting company in the entertainment industry, public agencies, and local authorities, acting in the areas of civil litigation, Intellectual Property, with emphasis on copyrights, patrimony and culture. She is a Consultant Member of the Special Commission on Procedural Promptness of the Brazilian Federal Council of the Bar Association (CFOAB), and a Researcher in the Group “The New Brazilian Civil Procedure Code” – coordinated by professor Paulo Cezar Pinheiro Carneiro at Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). She also acts as Professor in the Procedural Law Postgraduate Program at Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and in the Procedural Law Course at the Brazilian Bar Association (Escola Superior de Advocacia – ESA-OAB/RJ), as well as many other courses from renowned teaching intuitions. She is Business Mediator certified by the Brazilian Chamber Centro Brasileiro de Mediação e Arbitragem (CBMA), Reviewer in the magazine Contexto Jurídico at Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) in the areas of Civil and Criminal Procedural Law. Lecturer, columnist, and co-author of several collective law books, as well as researcher in the fields of Conciliation and Mediation, Intellectual Property, and Entertainment Law.
